illadelph 5-Hole Glass Spoon Bowl Review

Since 2002 illadelph has been making high quality glassware, and their 5-hole Spoon proves to be an attractive and durable smoking bowl.  For those not familiar with the company illadelph, they are known for producing high quality hand-made borosilicate glass water bongs in the United States. Every piece is handled personally by the company’s owner and inspected for any flaws before the name goes on the product.  In this review we will be looking at what separates the illadelph bowl from a typical bowl. For starters, the illadelph 5 hole spoon feels extremely sturdy. Illadelph distinguishes itself by keeping durability in mind. If you examine the glass joints you will notice special engineering techniques employed by them in an effort to make the piece most durable. I’ve broken my fair share of bowls and water bongs so when I picked up the illadelph 5 hole spoon I immediately knew it …

Kush Clean Review – a glass cleaner for your bong

Always up to accepting a challenge, we came across a comment in one of our Bong Cleaning product reviews from a competing company who claimed their product was better. Being fair and unbiased, I couldn’t allow the comment to remain up when I haven’t tried the product. I said, “Send us a copy and if it’s true let us be the ones to prove it.” They accepted the challenge. This is the fair and unbiased Review of Kush Clean Glass Cleaner Dirtying a piece for testing is always the most fun part of our reviews; in this review we’re using a $400 glass water pipe that has some of the hardest-to-clean percolators that we’ve ever had the pleasure of dirtying. In the past we would normally use 99% alcohol and rock salt or Formula-420 to clean this and then a whole bunch of pipe cleaners to finish the biggest build …

PAX by Ploom Portable Vaporizer Review

The Pax is a portable vaporizer developed by Ploom. This review spanned the few weeks since I got my own and made my first impressions while using someone else’s.  This review is a culmination of thoughts and testing done by myself and everyone I could convince to put it in their mouth and suck.. inhale. If you just want the tldr; version of the post — scroll down. Always willing to accept the challenge, I want to thank everyone who helped try this device and my friends for introducing me to it… ‘Cause I met Pax for the first time at a party..’ I was instructed that the green light meant ready to go.. I put my lips to the mouthpiece and inhaled as if sipping a hot drink for a few seconds. The full taste of the flowers came through, and a big Ploom of vapor poured out on …

Klear Glass Cleaner Review

There are a lot of Cleaning Solutions out there… And in our never-ending quest to keep our glass pieces clean, we came across a new solution called ‘Klear’ KLEAR Glass Cleaner (Kleaner) Review Klear promises to make your glass piece look and feel as “good as new” while also being reusable… and hey, we all know new is good. 😉 At $18.99 a bottle, it’s one of the more expensive glass cleaning products on the market. So the reusable part is quite nice, but of course we had to test it first. So we put Klear to the ultimate test using our DIRTIEST and most hard-to-clean glass parts for this review. We tried to abstain from going overboard with finding and making things dirty enough to clean but these 2 test subjects fit the bill for these reasons: they are both extremely painful to get 100% clean there hasn’t been …

Volcano Classic Vaporizer Review

Volcano Vaporizer Classic

Let me be blunt. No vaporizer does a better job of filling said bag of fun than the Volcano vaporizer. I can only rave. Go ahead, call me an elitist snob. I know the price tag is by no means pocket change…but I will put my stoner status on the line for the Volcano. It will fuck you up, and you will love it. The Volcano definitely gives credence to the old adage “you get what you pay for.” When friends come to sit tee-pee style around my Volcano, they know their vape session won’t disappoint. Nobody says no to the Volcano. My review pertains to the Volcano Classic, equipped with the Solid Valve set. I know there’s a digital Volcano, and there’s another valve set called EZ Valve, but I opted for neither. My motivation behind what I went with: The selling point for the Digital is its “precise …

Jamullah Herb Grinder Review

A few weeks ago I got my Jamullah grinder in the mail, I’ve been testing it out since. It came neatly packaged in a discrete brown box, with a sheet of paper stating that the grinder must be thoroughly cleaned before use. The grinders made of aluminum, so it’s fairly light, and the grinder pieces are quite sharp, but not enough to cut your fingers.. that’s a good or bad thing depending on how ya look at it. The holes for ground up nug are very small so the final ground up product is shredded to bits. This can be a hassle if your using somewhat wet herb and it may take 20-30 spins (yes.. we counted) before all the herb goes down. It’s a standard 4-piece grinder with one of the newer features of other grinders which is the plastic ring (aka O-Ring) between the top lid and grinder …
